You Know Dairy is a Problem.

But do you Know the Whole Story?

Whether you just completed an elimination protocol or you've been dairy-free for a while on your own -- the Low-Stress Dairy Discovery gives you a 7-day reintroduction protocol to find out exactly which dairy components affect you, and whether any of them might be back on the table.

Watch the short video and I'll tell you exactly how it works.

A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey! I'm Joanna

If you've been around No Moo Crew for a while, you already know my story. The years of symptoms. The doctors who shrugged. The moment I figured out I was sensitive to casein — not just lactose — and everything finally made sense.

So I'll skip to the part that took me even longer to figure out.

After I went dairy-free, I assumed that was it. Done. Dairy-free forever, no exceptions. It didn't occur to me that there was more to learn — that my specific dairy picture was still mostly a mystery.

Could I have butter? (Yes, as it turns out.) Goat cheese? (Also yes.) A latte with regular milk? (Hard no.) But I didn't find that out through a protocol. I found it out through years of accidental exposures, careful observation, and a lot of trial and error.

You don't have to do it that way.

The Low-Stress Dairy Discovery is the structured 7-day reintroduction protocol I wish I'd had — so you can stop avoiding everything just to be safe, and start actually knowing your own dairy picture.

I'm so glad you're here.

— Joanna

This is for you if...

  • You did an elimination protocol and you're ready for the next step

  • You've been dairy-free for a while but you're still just avoiding everything

  • You want to know if it's the lactose, the casein, the whey — or all three

  • You've heard some people tolerate goat or sheep dairy and wonder if you're one of them

  • You're tired of saying "I can't eat dairy" when you don't actually know which part is the problem

  • You want a clear, low-drama process — not another thing to research at midnight

This is NOT for you if...

  • You haven't eliminated dairy yet (the Low-Stress Dairy Test is your starting point)

  • You have a diagnosed dairy allergy — this protocol is for sensitivity, not allergy

  • You're looking for a program for children

  • You want to skip the testing and just stay fully dairy-free

  • You're looking for a medically supervised reintroduction diet

  • You want a quick fix without doing the tracking

  • You're not ready to reintroduce anything yet

The Low-Stress Dairy Discovery includes

The LSDD Info Guide

  • What dairy actually is — and why it isn't one thing

  • The difference between lactose, casein, and whey (and why it matters for your results)

  • A day-by-day reintroduction protocol — exactly what to test, when, and how

  • What your results might mean and what to consider next

The LSDD Tracking Workbook

  • Daily symptom log for each test day

  • Summaries after each test to build your picture as you go

  • The Dairy Intolerance Decision Tree — walk your results to a clear answer

  • Your Personal Dairy Map — a permanent reference for life after the protocol

  • Available as a printable PDF and digital Google Doc

You Will Have a Whole Crew Behind You!

You're Not Figuring This Out Alone

Reintroduction is the part of this journey that gets complicated fast. What if I react to something unexpected? What if goat cheese works but cow's milk doesn't — what does that actually mean? What do I eat now?

I don't want you sitting with those questions alone at 10pm.

Your purchase includes a 7-day free trial to the No Moo Crew community — if you're new to the community. Already used your trial? Membership is $27/month or $197/year. Either way, you won't want to do this week without it.

While you're doing your 7 days, you'll have access to:

  • Goat & Sheep Dairy: Your A2 Advantage — what it means if you tolerate these and how to use them

  • What If I Can't Reintroduce Anything — because that's a real outcome and you deserve real support

  • Naturally Dairy-Free Desserts and The Bowl Formula — because eating well without dairy should feel good

  • Restaurant guides, fast food options, and traveling dairy-free

PLUS: Twice a month I host live for Crew's Day Tuesday — open Q&A, real conversation, no script. Bring your questions, your label confusion, your "is this a reaction or am I imagining it" moments. And between calls, the community is there. People who are in the exact same place you are, figuring it out in real life — not performing wellness on the internet.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this the same as a food allergy test?

No. This is a structured reintroduction protocol for dairy sensitivity, not a clinical allergy test. A dairy allergy is an immune system response that can be serious or life-threatening — that requires medical testing and a doctor's supervision. This protocol is for people who already know dairy affects them and want to understand exactly which components are the problem.

I've already been dairy-free for a while. Do I really need a protocol?

Going dairy-free on your own is a great first step — but most people stop there. They avoid everything, never test anything, and spend years saying "I can't have dairy" without actually knowing which part of dairy is the problem. This protocol takes you from "I avoid dairy" to "I understand my body." Those are very different places to be.

Is it possible I can bring some dairy back?

Maybe — and that's exactly what this protocol is designed to find out. Not everyone reacts to every component. Some people are fine with butter. Some tolerate goat and sheep dairy beautifully. Some can handle aged hard cheeses but not a glass of lactose-free milk. You won't know until you test systematically. That's the whole point.

What exactly happens after I buy?

You'll receive an email with your download link for the LSDD Info Guide and Tracking Workbook, plus access to the No Moo Crew community (with a 7-day free trial if you are new to No Moo Crew.) Everything you need to start is in the Info Guide — read it through before Day 0.

Will I have to give up all dairy forever?

Not necessarily. That's what the seven days are for — finding out what your body actually tolerates. Some people come out of this protocol with a much longer list of what they can have than they expected.

Is this a traditional diet?

No. This isn't about weight loss, calorie counting, or following a meal plan. It's a structured testing protocol — you eat your normal dairy-free foods and add one test item per day. The goal is information, not restriction.

Do I need to have done the Low-Stress Dairy Test first?

No — but you do need to have been fully dairy-free for at least 6 days before starting Day 1. Whether you got there through LSDT plus the No Moo Crew Reset phase, or your own elimination process doesn't matter. What matters is that you have a clean baseline. The protocol tells you exactly what that means and how to confirm you're ready.

What if I react to everything?

That's actually one of the clearest results you can get. If you react to every component, you know you're dealing with a combined sensitivity — and that shapes everything going forward in a really useful way. The protocol walks you through exactly what to do with that result, and the community has specific support for people in that situation.

What if Lactaid works for me sometimes?

That's actually an important data point. Lactaid addresses lactose only — it does nothing for casein or whey sensitivity. If it sometimes helps but not always, you may be dealing with more than one component. This protocol will help you untangle exactly that.

Can't I just do my own research online?

You can research dairy sensitivity for hours and come away more confused than when you started — because most of what's out there conflates lactose intolerance with protein sensitivity, treats dairy as one thing, and doesn't give you a structured way to test your own body. This protocol gives you a clear sequence, a tracking system, and a framework for interpreting your results. Research tells you about other people. This tells you about you.

What if I can't do 7 full days right now?

Then wait — but the bar is lower than you might think. Unlike an elimination protocol, most of your days are just your normal dairy-free eating with one test item added. The bigger concern is having enough consistency to trust your results — not being in the middle of a flare-up, a cold, or an unusually chaotic week. The Info Guide explains exactly what conditions need to be in place before Day 1 so you start at the right time and get results you can actually trust. Once you purchase, the materials are yours to keep and start whenever you're ready.
