What if it's not stress or age or

"just one of those things?"

It might be dairy. Let's find out — gently.

The bloating. The brain fog. The 3pm crash. The joints that ache for no reason. If you've been told your labs are normal but you know something's off, you're in the right place. No Moo Crew helps those in midlife figure out whether dairy is behind their symptoms — without panic, without perfection, and without giving up everything you love overnight.

Hi! I'm Joanna

For years, I had symptoms nobody could explain. I saw practitioner after practitioner. I got the "your labs look normal" speech more times than I can count. Like a lot of women my age, I quietly filed it all under getting older and tried to push through.

Then six years ago, I finally made the connection: dairy. I took it out, and within the first week the inflammation I'd been carrying around just... left.

Here's what surprised me most — it wasn't all or nothing. I react to lactose and casein, but butter, goat, and sheep dairy? Totally fine. Dairy sensitivity isn't one-size-fits-all, and figuring out YOUR version of it changes everything.

I've spent my whole career as a teacher and curriculum designer, so I did what teachers do: I turned everything I learned into a step-by-step method — the one I wish someone had handed me years ago. That's No Moo Crew.

"You're not imagining it. And you're not alone in it either."

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a dairy sensitivity and a dairy allergy?

A true dairy allergy is a clinically distinct immune response that needs a doctor's care. What we explore at No Moo Crew is dairy sensitivity and intolerance — the slower, sneakier reactions like bloating, brain fog, fatigue, and joint aches that often go unconnected to dairy for years.

Will I have to give up dairy forever?

Maybe not — and that's the whole point. Many people react to some dairy components but tolerate others just fine (I keep butter, goat, and sheep dairy in my life!). The method helps you map YOUR version instead of guessing.

What's the difference between the Test and the Discovery?

The 3-Day Low-Stress Dairy Test walks you through taking dairy out and tracking what changes. The 7-Day Low-Stress Dairy Discovery walks you through bringing dairy types back one at a time to map exactly what you react to. They're separate protocols — many people do both, with a few days of reset in between (R3-Reset in the No Moo Method) to let your body settle into its baseline first. But each one stands on its own.

I'm already dairy-free. Where do I start?

The Discovery. If you've removed dairy but never systematically tested what you're actually sensitive to — or what you might be able to keep — the reintroduction week was built for you.

Is this medical advice?

Nope — No Moo Crew is education and self-discovery, built from lived experience, a whole lot of research, and a teacher's love of a good step-by-step plan. Always loop in your healthcare provider, especially if your symptoms are severe.

What happens after the protocols?

The protocols give you your answers — your Personal Dairy Map, your list of what works and what doesn't. Then comes the part that matters most: actually living it. Restaurants, holidays, family dinners, cravings. That's what the Crew is for — and honestly, it's there for the during too, not just the after. Lessons, recipes, real talk, and women at every stage of figuring this out. Your first 7 days are free.
